Shipping Policy

At Coppermill Kitchen, each piece is crafted or restored with the utmost care—honoring the traditions of craftsmanship and timeless beauty. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, shipping timelines may vary slightly to ensure every order meets our high standards.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Note: During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing. Custom or restored antique items may require longer, and these lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Transit Times:
  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs dependent)
Please note that shipping time estimates begin after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please be aware:
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated timelines.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive tracking details once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking links to activate.

Route Package Protection (Highly Recommended)

We now offer Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss in transit. If you opt in, you’ll be able to file a claim easily through Route for a replacement or refund. If you decline Route, you assume responsibility for packages once they are in transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, Coppermill Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If something goes wrong:
  • If you purchased Route Package Protection, please file a claim directly through Route for fast resolution.
  • If you did not purchase Route, email us at [insert email] within 3 business days of delivery. While we can’t guarantee replacements, we’ll review each case thoughtfully and do our best to help.

For items damaged in transit, please email photos of the item and packaging within 3 business days so we can assist.

Partial Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping During Holiday or Peak Times

Please allow extra time during holidays, seasonal launches, or special promotions. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your handcrafted pieces.
