Dating to approximately circa 1890–1910, this elegant antique copper coffee pot reflects the refined craftsmanship of late Victorian tableware, where even everyday serving pieces were designed with remarkable decorative detail.
The tall cylindrical body features engraved ornamentation that wraps completely around the vessel, including a beautifully framed central cartouche surrounded by delicate botanical and scroll motifs. The engraving continues seamlessly across the body, creating a balanced and graceful presentation from every angle.
The lid is also fully engraved, echoing the decorative motifs of the body and adding another layer of visual interest to the piece. At the center sits a traditional finial with a dark heat-resistant knob, typical of coffee pots from this era. The interior is silver-lined, a traditional finish used in antique copper coffee and tea service pieces to protect the copper and make the vessel suitable for brewing and serving beverages.
The craftsmanship extends into the structural elements as well. The spout carries engraved detailing along its length, while the handle features embossed shaping and sculptural form, giving the pot both elegance and strength of design.
Part of the Coppermill Kitchen Heirloom Collection, this piece was selected for its graceful height, intricate engraving, and timeless Victorian character.
